Blessed Assurance
The book of Romans is treasured by many Christian believers all over the world; perhaps by you too! And if Romans is the Himalayas of the New Testament, then Romans 8 is perhaps its Everest.
This chapter is a climax of wonderful themes that have been woven together throughout the first 7 chapters. And it begins with some words that have the power to change our lives:
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus…” (Romans 8:1)
At our next Weekender we’re going to begin to scale Mount Everest together by spending time in the first four verses of chapter 8. By the end, I hope we’ll be able to sing out with the hymn writer: “Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine.”
We’d love you to join us!
Important Note: Wallings ice cream portions are bigger than this!

We’ll be meeting at our High Street building in Lancaster.
